چکیده
Due to natural randomness, partial shading conditions (PSCs) photovoltaic (PV) power generation significantly drop the generation. Metaheuristic based maximum point tracking (MPPT) can handle PSCs by searching PV panels’ global (GMPP). However, trapped at local maxima, sluggishness, continuous oscillations around GMPP and inaccuracy are main disadvantages of metaheuristic algorithm. Therefore, development algorithm under complex has been continuously attracting many researchers yield more satisfying results. In this paper, several algorithms including conventional selected for candidate, such as perturb observe (P&O), firefly (FF), differential evolution (DE), grey wolf optimizer (GWO) Seagull (SO). From preliminary study, SO shown best performance among other candidates. Then, is improved rapid optimizer. Modified variable step sizes (MVSPO) applied enhance accuracy SO. To evaluate performances, high complexity multipeak used test algorithms. Statistical results also provided analyze trend performances. The proposed method performances better fast-tracking time settling time, accuracy, higher energy harvesting low steady-state than candidates.

Optimized Adaptive Perturb and Observe Maximum Power Point Tracking Control for Photovoltaic Generation
The power extracted from PV arrays is usually maximized using maximum power point tracking algorithms. One of the most widely used techniques is the perturb & observe algorithm, which periodically perturbs the operating point of the PV array, sometime with an adaptive perturbation step, and compares the PV power before and after the perturbation. This paper analyses the most suitable perturbati...

متن کاملA Modified Perturb and Observe Maximum Power Point Tracking Technique for Single-Stage Grid-Connected Photovoltaic Inverter
There is an inherent tracking-oscillations trade-off problem in Perturb and Observe (P&O) maximum power point tracking (MPPT) technique for photovoltaic (PV) system. Higher perturbation step-size increases the tracking speed at the cost of greater oscillations around maximum power point (MPP); whereas, smaller step-size slows down the tracking while reducing the oscillations around MPP. In this...
